We work diligently to make sure the transit time for orders is 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) with delivery on Mon-Fri.. Latest order time 18:00 (GMT). For larger items like furniture, mirrors, carpets, and lighting that require extra care in packing, processing may take up to 7 business days. We'll keep you informed with a notification once your order ships.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Typically, your Nordic treasures shipped within 4-8 business days and delivered between Mon-Fri. However, there may be occasional delays due to customs or import procedures in specific destinations. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is ready for shipping, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to update.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nordic Essentials experience. If, for any reason, an item needs to be returned, we offer a hassle-free policy. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the labor costs associated with return inspection and repackaging.
